All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of price. Once placed, an order cannot be canceled by the customer. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued.

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, and unforeseen delays. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

We only replace items that arrive defective, as per our Return & Cancellation Policy. Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery with an initial unboxing video. Customised and pierced-jewellery items are non-replaceable for hygiene reasons.
